The Gifts and the Call of God

Greetings in the name of the Lord! As we celebrate and bring in the new year at Rosh Hashanah. God continues to establish us further in the inheritance given to us. He imparts fresh vision to see and gain insight to activate us in the next steps ahead.

And, in moving forward in the days ahead, it remains important to gain fresh understanding concerning the gifts of God and the call of God on your life.

In Romans 11:29, it says, " For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable."

I am reminded of the time in my life when I sensed God`s call to minister. While God has led through the various times and seasons of life, I still know the calling of God to minister in His Kingdom.

In the last years, God has moved mightily in our lives to bring rest, restoration, and fresh vision. These moments in Mississippi have truly proved an opportunity to step back from the rigors of ministry and find rest and healing in His presence. What an amazing season God has been with us in!

And, as we begin this new Hebraic year at Rosh Hashanah, we feel the Lord saying that He has restored and brought a wonderful family season in our lives.

In Acts 15, we read about Paul and the great Macedonian Call. In verses 9-10 of Chapter 15, it says

"And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia stood and pleaded with him, saying `Come over to Macedonia and help us. Now after he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go to Macedonia, concluding that the Lord had called us to preach the gospel to them."

Just as Paul and Silas moved out to fulfill the call of God on their lives, the Lord is once again sounding the call on our lives to minister the Kingdom. God has called us to the nations, especially Asia and Japan, and has gifted us to operate in Teaching and Prophecy.

As God leads, we look to hear His voice and go where He sends. If you sense God`s leading to have us  to come, we are able, willing, and available.

We look forward to reaching out in the presence of God.
