Dear Partners, Prayer Warriors, and Friends,
Whether we are in Japan or here in the USA, we can share the love of God in the power of the Holy Spirit with love and compassion.
It is truly amazing how God continues to build bridges with people in the community here as we press in to the destiny God has for us in Asia and Japan.
PHILIPPINES 2012
In just a few weeks, I will be leaving for the Philippines. Joining with a radical team of Jesus lovers, we will minister to the poor and hurting and see the Lord pour out His Spirit in a mighty way.
We will provide free medical and dental care to the needy in rural and urban areas and open the doors to present the life-changing Gospel to thousands of individuals. It is truly amazing how we will build bridges to people and see His Spirit of reconciliation at work.
I am so excited and filled with great expectation as I participate in what God is doing in this very strategic part of the world.
PRAYER NEEDS
1. I still need app. $1900 for the cost of this trip. If God is leading you to support me with prayer and/or finances, please let me know and be sure to send in your gift to the AIM mission account (see below). Please designate clearly on a separate piece of paper that your gift goes to “Mark and Michelle Gulland”.
2. As you know, the Philippines is dear to Samantha’s heart. She is hoping to join me as I travel. She plans to spend time at Faith Academy with her old classmates there. She is also in need of prayer and support towards her trip.
3. One other thing I am praying seriously about is stopping off in Japan to reconnect and to take care of our visas. Could you pray with us as to the timing of all of this and for favor as we work this situation out?

FAMILY UPDATE
All is well. God continues to use Samantha to teach at the Japanese Saturday School. Jacob and Abigail dance at Ballet Magnificat! and will be on a tour of sorts to share the love of Jesus through the dance in the Jackson and surrounding area. Please pray for them. And, Marcia will meet with a violin teacher next week to continue pursuing music.
WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Michelle and I will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in April. Wow! We are so thankful for all of you who have stood by us through these years in prayer and mission partnership.
I thank God for this milestone and look forward to the next 20 years and more!!
