The Good Shepherd - The Gullands in MS

Hi! We are thanking God for a safe arrival in MS. Jake has already begun going to Ballet Magnificat. And, Samantha and Marcia are preparing for youth camp, which starts on Monday here. Michelle and I loved spending time with Pastor David and Nita Hale yesterday and connecting with others in the church that we will be attending here. Having said all this about MS, we are missing our favorite friends and church family from PA. Abigail, who is staying at the Taylors there, shares of all the fun is having.

We want to thank you for your prayers and support of us as we take this next step to MS in our quest to reach out to Japan and Asia.

JAPAN UPDATE

Just yesterday, I posted on FB a short update from Jeremy and Kumiko Jenkins. As you may know, they are serving in the earthquake and tsunami region where we helped plant a church there. Also, I attached to the FB post an article about how suicides are on the rise in Japan. I know you can agree with us that Japan remains a needy country in need of the comfort, power, knowledge, and salvation that Christ provides. Please keep Japan and us in your prayers as we continue to do and prepare for what God has for us to accomplish in this season.

THE SHEPHERD

In John 10:27 it says, "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me." When the Holy Spirit speaks, we may recognize His voice in our hearts. I thank God for the opportunity to get to know Him more and listen to His voice more clearly. May we all hear His voice more clearly this week.

PRAYER NEEDS

1. Transition to MS (provision, housing, transportation, kids schooling etc.)
2. Jake and his time at the Ballet Magnificat summer intensive ( spiritual growth and increased dance techniques)
3. Samantha and Marcia as they go to church camp (that they will encounter God in a new way)
4. Abigail (that God will bless her as she stays at the Phil and Alexa Taylor family summer camp (ha,ha) )

FINANCIAL NEEDS

Our AIM mission account remains open with AIM ministries. We have need for one-time gift supporters and those who will partner monthly (especially over the next 6 months or so) as we make this transition to MS. If you are not a partner, we would like to invite you become a partner with us in our heart to reach out to Japan and Asia with the love of God.

Please feel free to email concerning specific areas of involvement and/or send your financial gifts to the following:

Antioch International Ministries
246 Cowden Road
New Wilmington, PA 16142

Please designate that your gifts go to "Mark and Michelle Gulland" (not on the check, but separate piece of paper). Remember, we receive 100% of all gifts given. All gifts are tax-deductible. The greatest need we have at this time is money to cover moving and set up costs to MS. Thank you for your faithful giving.

Respectfully Yours,
Mark Gulland
